Tommy Colina’s Kitchen closed in July. Along with many other foodies, I was surprised and disappointed. Just a few days before TCK’s demise, I had suggested going there for lunch. Too late. I will miss TCK’s Eggs Benedict and burgers!
In memory of Tommy Colina’s Kitchen, here are pictures of past visits.
Tommy Colina’s Kitchen was one of my favorite brunch spots.
Mimosas in a variety of flavors.
Foodies photo session.
Pouring the sparkle. It’s never too early for mimosas!
My typical brunch order – Mimosa and Eggs Benedict.
Like the mimosa offerings, there was a variety of Eggs Benedict combinations to enjoy. I loved their Eggs Benedicts!
Maple Bacon Eggs Benedict.
El Sombrero Eggs Benedict – Chorizo, Refried Beans, Pepperjack & Chipotle Hollandaise.
Classic Eggs Benedict – Griddled Canadian Ham.
Tommy Colina’s Kitchen’s lunch pleased the taste buds. In particular, I favored their burger.
Tijuana Taxi Burger – Smoky Jalapeno Bacon Relish, Pepperjack Cheese, and Egg.

The Prime Melt – Thin-Sliced Prime Rib, Swiss Cheese, House-Made Horseradish Sauce, Griddled Sourdough.

Triple Cheese Fries – Bacon, Green Onion, Chopped Pickles, Swiss/Pepperjack/Aged Cheddar, Chipotle Sour Cream. Loaded fries!
Tommy Colina’s Kitchen was tasty while it lasted.
