In Memory of Tommy Colina’s Kitchen

Tommy Colina’s Kitchen closed in July. Along with many other foodies, I was surprised and disappointed. Just a few days before TCK’s demise, I had suggested going there for lunch. Too late. I will miss TCK’s Eggs Benedict and burgers!

In memory of Tommy Colina’s Kitchen, here are pictures of past visits.

Tommy Colina’s Kitchen was one of my favorite brunch spots.

Pouring the sparkle. It’s never too early for mimosas!

The Eggs Benedict that I kept coming back to Tommy Colina's Kitchen for.

My typical brunch order – Mimosa and Eggs Benedict.

Like the mimosa offerings, there was a variety of Eggs Benedict combinations to enjoy. I loved their Eggs Benedicts!

Tommy Colina’s Kitchen’s lunch pleased the taste buds. In particular, I favored their burger.

Tijuana Taxi Burger - Smoky Jalapeno Bacon Relish, Pepperjack Cheese, and Egg
